Carlton Main Frickley Colliery BandPurkiss Becomes New Resident Conductor
The band is delighted to announce that David Purkiss has accepted the invitation to become the band’s new Resident Conductor, working alongside professional Musical Director Allan Withington.
Dave worked with the band in preparation for the British Open Championships in Symphony Hall in September and made a positive impact in the bandroom.
His first engagement as the official Resident Conductor of the band will be on 1st October in Bridlington Priory.
